Submission guidelines
Instructions for writing the abstract:
- The conference language is English.
- ll abstracts must be submitted in English.
- Abstracts must be submitted online. Do not fax, mail or email abstracts, they will not be considered.
- In order to give a presentation at the conference, please submit an abstract by filling out the abstract submission form.
- Please note that accepted abstracts can only be programmed for a poster or an oral presentation if at least one author has registered for participation at the conference and has paid the registration fees.
Before starting your online submission
- Prepare personal data (title, authors’ details…) that are to be included in the form – please note that the information used and published in the scientific program and book of abstracts are taken from this form.
- Co-authors: note you do not need to add the details of the presenting author/speaker again, they will automatically be first in author list. Enter the details of the other co-authors in the order you want them to appear, and enter details of senior corresponding author last.
- Prepare a short abstract text, that will be included online in the corresponding field (no more than 2500 characters, spaces included)
- When all the materials are ready, please proceed to Abstract Submission by filling in the online form.
- ATTENTION: Please check the abstract carefully before submitting.

Abstract Title |
The title must be in capital letters. |
Affiliation |
- List all the affiliations with the related city and country (comma-separated) before the complete authors’ list. Each affiliation must be listed only once.
- List the authors' details and enter the reference of their affiliation/s in the box labelled "Affiliation ref" (e.g. 1).
- If an author is affiliated with several organizations, all the reference number(s) of the affiliation(s) can be entered in the dedicated box labelled “Affiliation ref”, separated by a comma (eg. 1,2,5) |
Presenting Author |
The presenting author will received all future correspondence from the IRCI Symposium organization. |
Co-authors |
Provide the full name, affiliation of each co-author. Up to 20 individual authors per abstract may be listed. Enter details of senior corresponding author last. |
